Hi, I'm Dani! 

Lifelong horsewoman, Women's Strength and Nutrition Coach with 16 years in the fitness industry.

I kept seeing women doing everything right and still feeling exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and disconnected from their own bodies. Moving through hormonal changes with no real support. Showing up for everyone else while quietly falling apart.

I know that feeling personally, the exhaustion, anxiety, "I don't recognize myself anymore." What changed things for me wasn't another plan or program. It was learning to support my body from the inside out through strength, real nourishment, and habits that fit the season of life I was actually in.

I built The Stable Woman Collective so women don't have to figure that out alone. So they can feel strong and capable in the saddle, not just today, but for decades.
